Workshop Outline
This workshop's interactive format allows you to customise the content with your facilitator and concentrate on the areas of focus most important to your group.
Content will be constructed to use real-life examples from your organisation if requested, or we will develop standard case study material with you if preferred.
This is a hands-on workshop on Business Process Modelling using a UML and BPMN diagramming tool (e.g. Magic Draw UML)

- Creating UML Use Case Diagrams (used for Process Context Diagrams)
- Simple Class Diagrams, (used for Process and Organisational Hierarchy Diagrams)
- BPMN Business Process Diagrams (used for the various levels of Process Activity Diagrams)
BPMN Business Process Diagrams will be covered in detail. Participants will learn how to create the diagrams required to document any Business Process as envisaged in our courses:

An understanding of Business Process Modelling using BPMN.
Undertaking our training course An Introduction to BPMN or an understanding of its contents would be useful.
