Course Outline

Understanding financial principles such as profit and loss, accrual accounting, balance sheets and budgeting is crucial to the project manager. This course will give project managers the wherewithal to report up to sponsors and project directors with clarity and in the same vernacular.

This course is a foundation to more sophisticated investment evaluation techniques such as Cost/Benefit analysis and Net Present Value calculations. 

The course is experientially based with case studies utilising ASX !00.
