An overview of basic testing concepts
An overview of the different type of testing
How to formulate a test strategy for a project
How to define the acceptance criteria for a project at an early stage
How to design a test case architecture and test cases based on a requirements model
How to establish a stable test environment for undertaking the testing process
How to plan for the testing process, including estimation and scheduling
How to undertake the actual testing of a software system
How to analyse and report on defects from the testing process to mangement
How to undertake a formal review of the testing results before approval of the system
Participants should have a general understanding of software development and some knowledge of testing. Previous experience with some testing activities is an advantage or you can attend Object Training’s 2-day Testing Concepts course to provide you with the correct level of knowledge.
