Course Outline
This is a course aimed at Business or Systems Analysts who are recent purchasers of Sparx Systems' Enterprise Architect or users who want to get more out of their use of this product. The course includes specific exercises on all the UML diagram types that are relevant to a Business Analyst and a number of EA extension diagram types. For example, Analysis Diagrams, Custom Diagrams and Traceability Diagrams. In addition, Model structure and document generation are covered.
Outcomes
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the standard UML diagram types for Business Analysts
- Understand the EA Extension diagram types, including requirements, custom, analysis and data modelling diagrams.
- Understand EA model Structure
- Understand EA model Traceability
- Understand Model Report Generation in RFT and HTML
