The Essential Web Languages Course is designed for software developers or anyone with some programming experience. The course provides the essential concepts and foundations to develop web applications.
There are 3 essential languages that all web developers must learn:
- HTML to define the content of web pages
- CSS to specify the layout of web pages
- JavaScript to program behaviour of web pages.
The Essential Web Languages Course is a 3 day instructor led course. During the course, students will be guided through interactive tutorials and exercises. Students can move at a pace that they can cope with so no one is left behind. At the end of each day students take a self-assessment to help reinforce their learning. Each student will be provided with a further study guide so they can continue to learn and develop their skills.
At the end of this course, you will:
- Have developed an essential understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Know how to develop web pages using these languages
- Know where to reference detailed guides and reference materials
