SOFT SKILLS FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST
Course Outline
This training course is endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis.
To be a good Business Analyst today, you need more than just an understanding of domain and business process modelling, and the techniques associated with UML and Business Process Modelling Notation standards.
To create an effective requirements specification document, a Business Analyst must have first understood what the business requires - what is to be included, and indeed, what should be excluded in this important business artifact.
In order to do this well, a Business Analyst MUST be competent in soft skills such as:
- Conducting an effective workshop

This two-day workshop will provide the key tools to move from being a good technical Business Analyst to a great, well-rounded Business Analyst with an edge.
