Course Outline
This course provides a detailed description of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated(CMMI). It presents SEI CMMI concepts for individuals desiring a a more detailed understanding of the SEI-CMMI, by examining each of the 22 Process Areas. Aimed at senior and middle management, this course will enable and facilitate discussion and decisions regarding CMMI programs (eg. scope, duration, timing, etc.)
