Course Outline

This course provides an overview of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated(CMMI). It presents SEI CMMI concepts for individuals desiring a basic understanding of the SEI-CMMI. Aimed at senior management, this course will enable and facilitate discussion and decisions regarding CMMI programs (eg. scope, duration, timing, etc.)
